 Wall of Fame Winners The Wall of Fame is a board the students try to get their name on. They have to demonstrate one of the traits that the board represents. They are Sportmanship, manners, ability, and respect.
2nd nine weeks individual winner was Ashley Lankton. Ashley will recieve a basketball. The class winners are the 8th grade girls. They will recieve a class party. Congratulations ladies. 3rd nine weeks has started, so try your best to see how many times you can get your name on the Wall of Fame!!!!!  Awards for Anthony Physical Education. I have been selected as the KAHPERD Middle School Teacher of the Year. This award was presented at the KAHPERD State Convention Banquet at Fort Hays State University November 3rd. I will then travel to Colorado to be the Kansas Representative at the Central District National level. I also received the KAHPERD Grant for $1000.000 to buy Indo Boards and Slacklines. Mr. Custer received the KAHPERD Administrator of the Year Award the same evening.
 Grants for Physical Education My goal is to make Anthony's Physical Education Department a beacon of excellence. With that in mind, I enjoy writing grants that supplement our physical education program buget. I will keep you up to date with what grants I am writing, what they are for, amount, and when we will find out the results.
Grants are as follows: -Speedstack Grant (Stacking Cups) ($350.00) 1st of each month -Harper Co. Grant (Indo Boards) ($710.00) May 25th(YES, we did recieve this one) -KAHPERD Grant (Indo Boards & Slacklines) ($1000.00) October 15th(YES, we did recieve this one) -Linda Patterson Scholarship (Indo Boards) ($500.00) December 1st (YES, we did recieve this one) -Bluecross Blueshield Grant (Tchoukball Equipment) ($1000.00) November 21st (YES, we did recieve this one) -Harper Co.
